If you are a member of the media, please register for ICAD in advance of the conference. Visit our press room page for more detailed information on the media registration process.
ICAD 2010 Cancellations and Refunds
The deadline for refund requests (must be written or e-mailed) by June 10, 2010. Refund requests must include a receipt copy of your registration in order for the cancellation request to be processed. Send your request by e-mail to: icad@experient-inc.com; fax +1.301.694.5124 or mail ICAD 2010 Registration Center c/o Experient P.O. Pox 4088 Frederick, MD 21705. After June 10, 2010, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations of any type, including no shows. All refunds will be minus a $75 USD administrative fee.

Facility Visits
During ICAD registration, conference attendees have the option to sign up for tours of local care facilities in Honolulu. This is a great opportunity to experience the needs of people living with dementia firsthand. All tours take place on Friday, July 9. Learn more.

Registration Category Definitions
Please review the following definitions to determine which registration category you should select for ICAD 2010.
ISTAART -
The Alzheimer's Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer Research and Treatment (ISTAART) is a professional society for individuals interested in Alzheimer's and dementia science. All members must be in good standing at the time of registering for ICAD in order to receive member rates.
Member - An attendee who has joined the Alzheimer's Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer Research and Treatment (ISTAART).
Non-member - Anyone who is not an ISTAART member.
Full conference - Includes Welcome Reception on Sunday, July 11, and ICAD 2011 Lunch on Tuesday, July 13. The Full Conference fee does not include the preconference Alzheimer's Imaging Consortium.
One day - Includes sessions and events on day of registration only.
Student member - A student attendee who has joined ISTAART and is working toward an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree or a postdoctoral fellow in a scientific field related to the cause and treatment of Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. Student identification or proof of qualifying student status is required when registering.
Student non-member - A student working toward an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree, or a postdoctoral fellow, in the scientific field related to the cause and treatment of Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. Student identification or proof of qualifying student status is required when registering.
Alzheimer’s Association Chapter - currently employed Alzheimer’s Association Chapter staff member.
Guest - A guest is a non-scientist family member or guest of a scientist. Guest registration fee includes a guess registration badge and admission to the Exhibit Hall, Welcome Reception and ICAD 2011 Lunch.
Preconference Alzheimer's Imaging Consortium (AIC) - This is an additional event held on Saturday, July 10, 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. that is open to all attendees. The AIC focuses on the clinical application and methodological development of neuroimaging (MRI, PET, SPECT, CT, and others) to Alzheimer's disease, other dementias and normal brain aging. Admission to the he Alzheimer's Imaging Consortium is not included with Full Conference fee.
Continuing education (CE) - Continuing education credits are available for physicians and CME for psychologists.
Group of 10 or more - Great for exhibitors and sponsors! To qualify for this category, you must be part of a group of ten or more people who are not students and belong to the same company or organization. Group must register at the same time to receive the discount.
Group student - Five or more students must work in the same lab to qualify. Group must register at the same time to receive discount. Valid student identification must be included with registration.
Member deluxe ISTAART - Includes Full conference fee and ISTAART professional membership fee for one year.
Student deluxe ISTAART - Includes Student conference fee and ISTAART student membership fee for one year.
