The Alzheimer’s Association promotes business casual attire for the duration of AAIC. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary.


All AAIC 2013 attendees, speakers, contractors, exhibitors, members of the media and guests must register and receive a badge to gain admittance to conference sites. Conference badges must be properly displayed at all times.

The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is staffed, monitored and patrolled 24 hours a day by security professionals who are trained in emergency preparedness and first aid.
