Media Registration

Credentials
To register for AAIC 2012 as press and obtain a press badge, please fill out the form below. Be prepared to provide identification certifying that you are a member of the news media upon request. This includes:

• A recognized press card; or a business card showing verifiable employment as a reporter/writer/editor at a recognized news media outlet; or a current membership card from the National Association of Science Writers.
  AND
  
• A letter on the media outlet's letterhead stating that you are on assignment to cover AAIC 2012. (Note: This is required of all freelancers, as are copies of recently published work.)
