Ancillary Meetings

Ancillary Meetings, whether CME or non-CME, are functions which involve AAIC 2013 attendees but are NOT planned, executed, or sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. These functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Corporate meetings
  • Customer events
  • Focus groups/advisory boards
  • Hospitality functions
  • Industry poster receptions
  • Investigator meetings
  • Customer events
  • Staff meetings
  • Social events
  • Slide reviews and pre-program meetings
  • Any formalized forum presenting information to convention attendees

 

General information

To schedule an ancillary meeting (CME or non-CME) at AAIC, please submit your request for function space in writing using the application form. Please refer to the schedule of approved hours for events to determine possible time slots.

Schedule for ancillary meetings (CME or non-CME)

The schedule below lists possible times to hold an ancillary meeting at AAIC. An ancillary meeting may not exceed the time slot assigned.

Saturday, July 13 All day
Sunday, July 14 6:30-8:30 a.m.
Monday, July 15 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 5:30-7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 16 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 5:30-7 p.m.
Wednesday, July 17 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 5:30-10 p.m.
Thursday, July 18 6:30-8:30 a.m.; any time after 1 p.m.
