Air

Taxi

In popular downtown areas of Vancouver, it is easy to find a taxi. If you are in a more remote area, it is best to call a cab company to request pick up.

Vancouver taxis traveling through the downtown area generally cost between $5 and $10 CAD. From an AAIC hotel to the airport or the airport to downtown, the cost will be approximately $35 CAD.

The Canada Line
Vancouver's new rapid transit rail link connects the airport to downtown Vancouver in 26 minutes. Trains run every seven minutes from the YVR-Airport station during peak hours and every 15 minutes during off-peak hours. Amtrak station
Rail service is available between Seattle, Washington, United States and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Vancouver station (VAC) is located in downtown Vancouver and is less than 10 minutes from the convention center by taxi.

Getting around Vancouver
