About us

The Alzheimer’s Association Mid South Chapter
The Alzheimer’s Association Mid South Chapter serves 85 counties in Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas and Virginia with offices in Nashville, Memphis, Johnson City, Chattanooga and Huntsville. Since 1980, the Chapter has provided reliable information and care consultation; created supportive services for families; increased funding for dementia research; and influenced public policy changes. Today, the Alzheimer's Association serves over 196,000 people in Alabama and Tennessee affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, as well as over 717,000 caregivers.

Our mission
To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Our vision
A world without Alzheimer's disease.
