Attend one or more of our special fundraising events or host your own event to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. Right now the Alzheimer's Association is gearing up for its Memory Walk season. Memory Walk is our only national fundraiser and accounts for the majority of the funds we raise throughout the entire year. Without the support of local sponsors and walkers we wouldn't be able to do what we do. To learn more, visit our Memory Walk site. 

The Sixth Annual Laughter Remedy

The Alzheimer's Association Middle Tennessee office is excited to present our sixth annual Laughter Remedy Comedy Benefit on May 22. The evening will include dinner, a silent auction, caregiver awards, and a comedy act. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for Laughter Remedy you may contact the Alzheimer's Association at 615-292-4938 or 800-272-3900 Funds raised from this event will benefit programs and services for local families and caregivers of person with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Evening to Remember

The Alzheimer's Association presents or fourth annual Evening to Remember to be held on May 10th at the Arnold Lakeside Club in Tullahoma, TN. The festivities will include a social hour, silent auction, dinner and dancing to the Jerry Anderson Combo. Due to the generosity of local Franklin County businesses we look forward to many great items for bidding. Funds raised from this event will benefit programs and services for local families and caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Roast to Remember

The annual "Roast to Remember" will be held Friday June 6th at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. This years roast honoree will be the gracious Sandra Steele. The Roast will also include a silent auction. For more information or to request your invitation call 256-880-1575.

Tennessee Funfest BBQ

June 12-14 at Agricenter International. More than 10,000 people attended the Funfest 2007, and because of our continued success, we are proud to be planning our 27th annual event to benefit the Alzheimer's Association! The combination of entertainment, carnival rides, foods, crafts, informational booths, and activities will appeal to people of all backgrounds and ages. As in past years, we will be having our main event, the bbq contest and we will be adding a Tennessee Funfest Championship Chili Contest as well. Tickets are $5 at the gate. Contact the Chapter office nearest you for a fundraising kit that includes a third-party event proposal form (the Mid South Chapter must pre-approve all third-party events benefiting the Chapter). Download Third-Party Proposal Form

Submit your event report with the proceeds of your event (photos welcome)
