Mid South Events

Walk to End Alzheimer's is the nation's   largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research - it calls on people of all ages to take action in the fight.

Coming Spring the Alzheimer's Challenge Cycling Event

Cyclists can choose from a 62, 30, or 15 mile ride. Be a part of a new cycling tradition in Tennessee.

Paint the Park Purple July 23 as the Kingsport Mets take on the Pulaski Yankees. Wear purple to raise awareness of Alzheimer's and receive $1 off admission. First pitch is 7 p.m.

It will be $1 night for hot dogs and beverages. Fans have the chance to win limited edition baseball bats and purchase a Mystery ball for $5 with proceeds benefitting the Alzheimer's Association.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from the Alzheimer's Association at discounted price. Or call the Kingsport Mets ticket office at 423.224.2626.

Here are several easy steps to take if you want to host a fundraising event to benefit the Mid South Chapter!

Select the type of event you want to have (check out the ideas below)

Contact the Chapter office nearest you for a fundraising kit that includes a third-party event proposal form (the Mid South Chapter must pre-approve all third-party events benefiting the Chapter). Download Third-Party Proposal Form

Host your event

Submit your event report with the proceeds of your event (photos welcome)
