Virtual Memory Wall

Welcome to our online tribute to the 350,000 New Jerseyans and their care partners affected by Alzheimer's Disease in New Jersey. This project has grown from a tradition held at the Chapter’s Memory Walk events during which families and friends post photos and hand-written tributes to their loved ones on a “Memory Wall.” Through this new online collection of photos, we hope to shed light on the human face of this devastating disease in a format that will grow and be appreciated year-long.
