About Memory Walk®

The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk® is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on volunteers of all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer's.  Held in the fall, the event brings together business and community leaders, healthcare professionals and families all walking in support of local programs and services for individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease. When you say “yes” to Memory Walk® 2009, you say “yes” to altering the destructive course of Alzheimer’s disease in America. Be among the thousands of New Jersey walkers – and millions across the country – who will help bring us closer towards realizing our vision of  “a world without Alzheimer’s disease.”

Memory Walk is not just an event; it’s an experience.  Since 1989, Americans who have participated in Memory Walk have raised more than $260 million; you CAN make a difference.
