Essential Job Functions
â€¢ Install, configure, deploy and tune BI tools and applications. Create reports and report templates. Collect and translate user requirements into actionable data
â€¢ Develop and manage BI Training, documentation and help desk capabilities.
â€¢ Design and deliver full and effective lifecycle testing of applications including system test, integration test, regression test and UAT
â€¢ Provide technical architecture (application, data, network, hardware/ system software) leadership in the design, development, deployment and production support of new and existing applications.
â€¢ Provide leadership and guide 3rd party vendors throughout the systems development lifecycle to ensure quality and conformance to defined IT system architecture, standards and practices.
â€¢ Other duties as assigned
â€¢ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.
â€¢ Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology delivering high impact technology solutions.
â€¢ Proven technical Business Intelligence architecture expertise having designed and developed BI solutions.
â€¢ Experience and technical expertise with tools and techniques in application development using client server and web based services (SQL Server, OLAP, ORACLE,. NET, Portal Technologies), reporting software (Business Objects, SQL Server Reporting Services or similar applications).
â€¢ Understanding SQL and relational and multidimensional designs.
â€¢ Strong problem-solving and metadata skills.
â€¢ Strong customer service delivery skills
â€¢ Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
