This position is responsible for development, project management and ensuring complete deployment of e-services (online programs), including accountability for key objectives, quality and adherence to technical and program service level standards. Manages e-services platform vendors and works in a highly-collaborative environment with all interface designers, creative directors, writers, programmers, testers and IT product managers.
Essential Job Functions
Carry out product vision from inception to deployment with new product development or product enhancements.
Lead production project management including requirements gathering, validation, beta testing, routine functionality, deployment and debrief.
Manage vendor relationships and Association system requirements. Work with IT partners, e-strategy and vendors to develop and manage integrations with Associations CRM's.
Be front line technical development and support for system enhancements and trouble shooting.
Provide technical troubleshooting and triage support with vendors, IT, e-strategy and internal departments to address issue and present progress reports.
Manage content integration into e-services applications including Shop for a Cause, eLearning, Alzheimer's Navigator, ALZconnected, etc.
Work with SEM to ensure analytic tracking data is integrated into site
Provide e-services metric analytics on visitors, trends, etc. and provide timely report to management.
Develop and cascade highly-organized document, asset, code, file and version control procedures.
Development of standard operating procedures for service levels.
Keep abreast of current interactive technologies, development trends, strategies, products, and best practices.
Provide consultation for design including functionality, usability, interactive strategies and ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 3+ years in application and information architecture and digital/web/interactive design and development.
Experience with development of consumer facing online products including response web design, building mobile applications and working with CRM systems.
Experience in Project Management.
Development experience in C#.NET and SQL Server Environment.
Experience with mobile and responsive web development (HTML5, jquery, CSS3).
Experience in Microsoft Windows environment with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
Experience in using query tools within a relational database.
Experience and proficiency in CRM and CMS environments (Ektron and NetSuite in particular).
Specialized experience in web application designs and trends.
Ability to manipulate all multimedia asset types (text, graphics, motion, audio, video animation) and understand compression and optimization techniques.
General knowledge of relational database models and design; may help prepare or integrate database-driven content into the application; technical architecture and programming methodologies.
Understanding of quality assurance processes.
Strong communications, organization and time management skills.
