General Summary

The Alzheimer's Association, a national voluntary health organization dedicated to research for the treatment and cure of Alzheimer's disease and support for patients and their families, seeks a CEO for the Alzheimer's Association - Mid South Chapter located in Nashville, TN that serves most of Tennessee and northern Alabama through regional offices.
 

Essential Job Functions

The CEO provides executive leadership in developing and implementing Association strategic policies, procedures, and services to those served by the Association.  The CEO will provide leadership in board development, work with the board to develop operating plans and budgets, represent the Association at public and media events, conferences, and workshops, position the chapter to maximize fund development opportunities, hire, train and supervise all Chapter staff, and assure compliance with all Association policies, procedures, and standards.
 

Minimum Requirements

A Master's degree in public, health, or business management, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of demonstrated senior management experience in a non-profit or business management position, demonstrated success as a fund raiser.
