Administrative Assistant (Louisville, KY)

General Summary

The Greater Kentacky & Southern Indiana National Chapter located in Louisville, KY is seeking an individual for the Administrative Assistant  position.

Essential Job Functions

Core Responsibilities:
-  Answers the telephone and routes calls as appropriate; greets visitors to office.       
-  Opens and distributes the mail.
-  Monitors office supply inventory and manages the office supply order.
-  Prepares daily deposit.
-  Responsible for maintaining the postage meter and postage accounts, copier, telephone system.
-  Completes data entry. 
-  Coordinates and trains the office volunteers.
-  Assist with and processes special mailings.    

Minimum Requirements

-   High School diploma or equivalency.
-   1-2 years office assistant experience.
