General Summary

The Alzheimer's Association National Office is looking for college students to provide general office support to various departments.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to complete assignments within the requested timeframe
• Effectively communicate and work with all levels within the organization
• Data entry
• Research on the internet
• Filing
• Copying
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a higher education institution for a minimum of six credit hours.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Intermediate to advanced skill levels in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint a plus.
• Office experience a plus.
