| General Summary |
This position serves a dual-function: |
| Essential Job Functions |
• Provides end-user day-to-day application support. • Using the helpdesk system, tracks issues and documents work order details and disposition. • Prepares and keeps current I.T. application support procedures and related documents. • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Throughout the life of the project, effectively applies approved Association methodology and enforces project standards (includes project authorization, project plan, risks/issues tracking & project closure authorization). • Prepares for and delivers ongoing project status reports to appropriate stakeholders. • Completes, maintains current and stores project documents. • Serves as liaison to vendors, contractors and other pertinent outside entities. • Performs other duties as assigned. |
| Minimum Requirements |
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. |
