This position is responsible for developing and managing the Association's print and product fulfillment for Shop for a Cause, strategic marketing and select product campaigns while providing B2B and B2C customer and vendor support services. The scope includes managing the process for analyzing product sales, inventory analysis, and evaluating reorders and coordinating with branding the sourcing, pricing and merchandising for print and product for Shop for a Cause and other internal needs/campaign support. - Procurement and Merchandise management - Inventory Management - Product promotion and merchandising - Financial management - Excellent customer service with vendors, B2B and B2C - Manage special fulfillment projecting - E-commerce marketing - Act as account lead. - Develop and deliver timely analysis - Project updates and presentations for various audiences - Work with staff to ensure all business activity needs are met. - Work closely with Constituent Marketing team to ensure compliance with branding guidelines
Essential Job Functions
Inventory â€¢ Direct vendor and maintain adequate inventory levels of all print and product for Shop. â€¢ Prepare and review Inventory report for all print and product for Shop and assess in stock levels and reorder quantities. â€¢ Fill out Order Forms and Destroy Orders for internal departments to process reorders on a weekly basis by providing recommendation on order quantity. â€¢ Track and develop strategy for slow-moving products to ensure the move out of inventory within 12 month cycle. â€¢ Monitors product sales performance and recommend and implementation strategies to achieve sales forecast by working closely with management, cross functional departments and vendors. Production and Marketing â€¢ Create and manage the product promotion calendar to coincide with marketing and e-strategy campaigns â€¢ Work with Strategic Communications to ensure new product builds including item #, description and cataloging is reviewed to maximize promotion on Shop. â€¢ Share vendor supported new product recommendations to support marketing campaigns â€¢ Manage Shop online customer acquisition strategy â€¢ Works with Shop architect to help with site creative updates and merchandising. â€¢ Track production and delivery for product into Shop. Customer Service â€¢ Provides customer service to B2B and B2C and maintains up to date FAQ's â€¢ Work with Communications on shared production log for Print and Product to help with trafficking and customer service questions. â€¢ Manage relationship with vendor finance team and report on open receivables, payment status and tracking. â€¢ Procure and traffic "special project requests" not sold in Shop for all national office departments and campaigns. â€¢ Place "special request" internal order for national staff and assist Chapters with bulk orders. Finance Reports â€¢ Manage Asset inventory account and provide Finance with a monthly COGS and Sales report and research any inventory and payment discrepancies/inquiries. â€¢ Provide monthly management reports to track sales activity by items, inventory status, and consumer response survey. â€¢ Process and circulate invoices for payment for all department related goods and services â€¢ Maintain Invoice and Purchase Order log for ALZ Shop purchase by SKU and cost. â€¢ Manage Product Development department budgets for all non-contributed and contributed revenue and expense by using MAS500, Team Approach and vendor provided reports and consolidate into an executive summary tracking spreadsheets and assist with forecasting and accrual process.
Bachelor's degree in marketing with 3+ years in online marketing and ecommerce including site merchandising and procurement.
Strong strategic and problem solving skills; above average analytical abilities, budget/ROI management skills.
Production, procurement and quoting experience.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently.
Experience in a large organization and developing successful internal and vendor relationships
Computer literate, especially with CRM, MS PowerPoint, and Excel, Proficiency in NetSuite is helpful
