| General Summary |
This key role for the Alzheimer's Association national organization is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for all national office locations of the association. This professional will consult with business managers to understand external market for talent and research channels to acquire the best talent available. Looking for someone who has an innovative approach to recruiting, selection and retention and understands how to use and build staffing metrics. Manage the new employee on-boarding program. |
| Essential Job Functions |
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting of professional level staff |
| Minimum Requirements |
• Bachelor's degree. Human Resource Management preferred. PHR a plus. |
