General Summary

Essential Job Functions

• Accurate data entry
• Meet established production quotas and quota entry accuracy thresholds.
• Process return mail and update donor's information from returned mail.
• Maintain filing system and manage off-site storage
• Provide back up for Data Preparation positions

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with previous experience; college degree preferred.
• Data entry – 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Typing – 50 wpm
• One year work experience in data processing environment
• Two-years of experience working in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Application such as Word, Excel and Access.
• One year experience working in database management system.
• Overtime is expected during the peak volume season which runs from November through January. NOTE: During this time, paid time off must be pre-approved by the Manager of the department in no more than 1-week increments of time off.
