The National Office located in downtown Chicago is seeking an individual for the e-CRM Applications Specialist. This position supports the technical administration of Association e-fundraising, e-marketing and e-commerce applications and participates in the implementation and management of projects relating to e-CRM systems. This individual should have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions
Act as technical administrator for e-CRM applications, including general support to users and trouble shooting, running uploads/downloads and reports, modifying site settings, groups/interests, data coding and user account maintenance.
Create new events and customize templates and online forms.
Support the execution of online campaigns.
Train and support staff on various online fundraising tools. Develop presentations and training materials as appropriate.
Support the execution of online campaigns
Collaborate with data management team to ensure quality assurance of data synch with fundraising systems and other applications.
Generate reports and analyze results of online marketing and fundraising efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Experience in implementing and supporting large scale/enterprise systems.
Experience in implementing, administrating and supporting e-CRM applications.
