The National Accounts Associate will ensure the integrity of all data and related donor information entered into Team Approach and Convio at the National Office. The Associate is also the point person for National Chapter batch processing, pledge processing, source codes, sponsorships, and gift inquiries/resolution.
Essential Job Functions
Conduct quality checks on National Chapter Batches to ensure that the Chapters are follow procedures and business rules.
May be asked to do these job functions when applicable. -Checking various types of transaction (e.g. tribute, matching gift, pledge, stock gifts, etc.). Complex transactions and uploads through the Caging Vendor). -Changes/additions to business rules. If new procedures are implemented, transactions relevant to those changes/additions will be reviewed. -Analyze all assigned batches and documentation for compliance with business rules. -Perform data hygiene/maintenance work for accounts in batches -Verify Pledge and Pledge Payment transactions are entered correctly. -Analyze all National Chapters batch entry is in compliance with procedures and business rules. Advise initiators of violations of business rules prior to performing data entry and assist with corrective measures as necessary. -Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all business rules and data entry procedures associated with National Chapter revenue recording and maintenance of associated donor information. -Meet established production quotas and quota entry accuracy thresholds. -Maintain filing system for batches. File and batches for National Chapters received at National. -Monitor National Chapter source codes. -Work with National Chapters on Events list and source codes needed. -Prepare adjustments for TA and corrections to Convio for gift errors for National Chapters. -Perform Team Approach and Convio entry for Sponsorship. -Work with caging vendor on National Chapters gift processing. -Work with gift inquiries and resolution; utilizing vendor software, Team Approach, Convio and other applications.
Other duties as assigned
High School diploma with previous experience or college degree.
Data entry – 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
Typing – 60 wpm
Two years work experience in data processing environment
Three-years experience working in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Application such as Word, Excel and Access.
Two-year experience working in database management system.
Overtime is expected during the peak volume season which runs from November through January. NOTE: During this time, paid time off must be pre-approved by the Manager of the department in no more than 1-week increments of time off.
