Keeping the Memories Alive!

The Mother's and Father's Day holidays can be a tough time for those who have lost a parent or grandparent. Without a cure for Alzheimer's, it can also be difficult for families touched by the disease.

This year, the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter wants to help you keep the memories alive. Make a donation in memory or honor of your loved one in commemoration of Mother's or Father's Day. We will send you an acknowledgement of your gift and list it below.

There are a number of ways to get involved:

• Call the office nearest you, press 6 and request a form by mail.
• Download a form, complete it and return it by mail.
• Make your donation online at our secure website.
