Helpline Coordinator
The Alzheimer's Association seeks an experienced social worker to coordinate our Helpline Information & Referral service, providing education about dementia, caregiving challenges and community resources.
Successful candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid knowledge base in dementia and caregiving issues, experience with resources in the aging network and data management systems.
Degree in Social Work with current Ohio license is required.
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in dementia care is required.
Experience with database systems is required.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
