2009 March Madness Run Raises $13,000

More than 160 participants got up and moving at the first annual March Madness 5K and Fun Run on  March 21.  The event, which featured a 5K run/walk through historic downtown Loveland and along the Little Miami Bike Trail, raised more than $13,000 to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

Runners were able to relax and celebrate their accomplishments at the post party at The Works Brick Oven Restaurant where they enjoyed free appetizers and watched a second round game of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
