What Will You Do for The Longest Day 2017?

The Longest Day honors those who face the daily challenges of living with Alzheimer's, those who live the longest day every day. By participating in The Longest Day, you can raise awareness and funds in the fight against Alzheimer's. The great thing is you get to choose the activity - whether it's bike riding, bowling, cooking, video games, shopping - whatever you want to do. Invite your family, friends or co-workers and form a team.

No matter how you organize your team, you can help make a difference in the millions of lives affected by Alzheimer's.

It's never too early to begin plans for The Longest Day 2017 on June 21. Contact Jane Grise at jgrise@alz.org or visit: www.alz.org/thelongestday for information on The Longest Day.

Locals Rally for The Longest Day 2016

Hundreds of local residents participated in The Longest Day 2016 during the week of June 20. Teams conducted a variety of sunrise to sunset activities, including cooking, bowling, playing bridge, photography, golfing and hiking. The 62 local teams helped to raise more than $50,000 in support of Alzheimer's research.

Nationally, more than 3,200 teams participated in The Longest Day, a sunrise-to-sunset event to honor the strength, passion and endurance of those living with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers. Thousands spent the longest day of the year doing what they enjoy to help end Alzheimer's.

The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati thanks everyone who participated in this year's event as well as the generous corporate sponsors.
