Volunteer Opportunities

The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati is supported in our mission by the dedication of over 600 volunteers who donate their time and effort. You can become one of these special people and help make a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's disease. We can use your assistance on a regular basis or as a one-time commitment in one of the following ways:

Health Fairs

Hand out literature at an information table during community health fairs at local senior centers, hospitals, churches or other locations. Volunteers are not expected to answer questions about Alzheimer's disease.

Educational Programs

Set up and serve refreshments for educational gatherings, greet participants, and assist with registration.

Special Events

Plan and implement the many tasks involved in delivering successful fundraising events. Volunteer as a committee member to help organize the event or as a hands-on worker the day of the event.

Office Support

Assist in answering the phones, various clerical duties and preparation of mailings.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati, please contact Layne Haas at (513) 721-4284 or email lhaas@alz.org.
