Every Mile Fueled by Hope

Challenge yourself to go the distance with ALZ Stars, an active events program to benefit the education, care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

ALZ Stars, an endurance training program for runners and cyclists, invites you to join us for your first big challenge of the new decade!

Whatever you’re training for – your first marathon, ½ marathon or century ride – ALZ Stars offers a unique and exciting way to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association while accomplishing incredible fitness goals.

Whether you run, bike, hike or climb a mountain, ALZ Stars is something you can do to help end Alzheimer's disease. ALZ Stars challenges athletes like you to run your race to increase awareness and inspire others to take action in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

Step 1: Register as an ALZ Star and set up your fundraising page
Step 2: Use the links below and sign up for your race
Step 3: Start training

As a member of ALZ Stars, specific to each event you are eligible to receive:
• Training Support from experienced coaches – online and in person 
• Thursday night training runs-Runners Roost and Bakers Street
• Coach led Sunday training runs at Washington Park
• Fundraising guidance and online tools to help you with your fundraising goal
• Invitation to Pre-event Pasta Party, kick off and thank you celebrations
• Training and event gear offered specific to each event
