About Memory Walk
The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research - and it calls on volunters of all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer's. By teaming up with the Alzheimer's Association, you can walk with a purpose - and move us closer to a world without Alzheimer's. Together, we can MOVE a nation!
Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $250 million to help those battling Alzheimer's disease.

Colorado Memory Walks surpassed our goal and raised nearly $1.2 million for the Alzheimer’s Association! Many thanks to the thousands of Colorado champions who moved our cause forward toward greater understanding, better treatments and a cure, and made 2007 Memory Walks the most successful yet!

We also welcome volunteers for registration, checkpoints along the route, refreshments, and other activities. Please contact your local office to volunteer at Memory Walk.
Our Memory Walk goals are:
- To raise more than $1.4 million in cash contributions from walkers (individuals and teams), donors and corporate sponsors
- To increase the number of Memory Walk teams consisting of family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers, social/civic/fraternal organizations, and sponsor organizations
