Memorials and Commemorative Gifts

Memorial and Commemorative gifts are an opportunity to make a donation in memory or in honor of a loved one.  These gifts can be made in a variety of ways:

Memorial gifts to the Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter express sympathy and support when someone you care about experiences the loss of a family or friend.  Listing the Alzheimer’s Association in a memorial designation is one way to let friends and family know you wish to remember a loved one while supporting the Chapter's mission.

Gifts to the Alzheimer's Association Miami Valley Chapter in honor of an individual can also be made to express appreciation for a loved one, family member or friend.  Commemorative gifts can celebrate a special event or occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or wedding.

Memorial and Commemorative gifts can also be made through the Miami Valley Chapter's Annual Appeal. This allows you to designate a loved one whom you would like to remember or honor each year.
