The Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter’s Julie H.C. Bailey Learning Academy is built upon four key components—Education, Guidance, Empowerment, Recognition—and devoted to helping healthcare professional caregivers:
* Improve their understanding of dementia and its impact on the individual, family unit and society
* Increase tools for delivering quality care to those affected
* Build stronger ties to agency and community resources
* Enhance and empower the caregiver journey

Train the Trainer Program
This curriculum is a train the trainer model for attendees already familiar with Alzheimer’s and dementia care to train direct care staff in a wide array of care settings. Certificates of Participation are issued upon completion. Our next Train the Trainer session is scheduled for Friday, December 9, 2016 in the Lancaster County office.
