Enhancing quality of life and preserving self-identity is an essential component of good Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care. The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter seeks to make enriching events accessible to the dementia community. The programs listed in this section are meant to provide fun and exciting opportunities for individuals to socialize, learn about diverse cultural heritages and traditions, feel independent, and express themselves through the mediums of art, music, and dance.
