Below are documents listing the resources available to persons with dementia and their caregivers.

Questions such as "Does your facility accept" dementia patients, wanderers, combativeness, short term respite or ALTCS pending are asked. Facilities are noted whether they have a dementia unit, wanderguard, door alarms, key pad locks or a secured/enclosed outdoor area. The list covers institutions in Maricopa, Gila and Pinal Counties.

Neurologists	Neurologists that work with persons with dementia
Neuropsychologists	Neuropsychologists that work with persons with dementia
Research & Studies	Research & Studies that deal with dementia
Transportation	Agencies that can help to transport persons with Alzheimer's disease
