Early Stage Educational Forum

Time: 8:30am - Registration

9:00 - 12:30pm - Program

This forum is designed especially for people who have been diagnosed and are in the early

stage of Alzheimer’s disease. It will involve discussion participation and participants must be able to sit

for at least two hours at a time. Individuals with early stage may bring their care partner to the forum if

they wish. This event is not intended for professionals

* Current Research by Dr. Marwan Sabbagh

* Alzheimer’s Disease Basics

* Legal and Financial Planning

* Community Resources

There is no cost to attend but you must pre-register by 4/20/11.
