Please join us for the 6th Annual Caregiver Mini Conference in Nogales, AZ. This event is co-sponsored by: Alzheimer's Association Desert Southwest Chapter, Southwest Arizona Area Health Education Center (SEAHEC), SEAGO Area Agency on Aging, and Santa Cruz County Case Management.

This year's speakers will be Dr. Juan Paz, Doctorate in Social Work and Professor of Social Work at Arizona State University, and Marianne Schloss, RN, M.DIV from Casa de la Luz Hospice and Palliative Care.
The resource panelists include Kathleen Heard, with SEAGO, Rita Ashford, Santa Cruz County Fiduciary and Ana Miranda, Family Care Consultant with the Alzheimer's Association.

Each of these excellent speakers will provide important, practical and useful information for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
