Early Stage Alzheimer's
Education / Support sessions:

If you or a family member has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or another type of dementia, you are invited to contact the Prescott office of the Alzheimer’s Association, at 928-771-9257, to learn about the Early Stage Alzheimer’s Education/Support Program designed especially for persons in the Early Stage.

Please call the office at 928-771-9257 for more information.

Family members are welcome to accompany the person with dementia to the sessions. No fee is charged.

After attending the 8 weekly sessions, you may choose to participate in one or more of the activities and social events that comprise the Alzheimer’s Association Early Stage Program for Graduates.
