The Founders Society is an honorary society created by the Alzheimer's Association to recognize and thank those who make a bequest or lifetime gift. As a Founders Society member, you are entitled to these special benefits:

Here is simple language to use: I give, devise, and bequeath (indicate amount, percentage of estate, remainder or specific property) to the Alzheimer's Association East Central Iowa Chapter, Federal Exemption Number: 42-1333384. By informing us of your planned gift, you will automatically be enrolled in this honorary society.
