Renaissance Washington, D.C., Downtown is sold out

An additional block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Convention Center, Downtown based on availability until Friday, April 13, 2012.

Single and double occupancy room rates are $259 per night, plus 14.5% percent tax. A credit card is required to hold the reservation.

Please call the hotel’s reservation department at 1-800-321-2211 to secure a reservation. Mention that you are calling to reserve a room in the Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Forum Conference room block to receive the special group rate.

Airline Discount
United Airlines, the official airline of the Alzheimer's Association, is offering a discount to Advocacy Forum attendees. To book travel and receive the discount, go the Alzheimer's Association’s Travel Store website at www.alztvl.com or call 877.309.4320 for assistance in booking travel.

Rally on the Hill Transportation
Transportation will be provided to the Rally on the Hill, Monday, April 23. Transportation to Capitol Hill on Wednesday, April 25, and a shuttle service from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. will also be provided. Please indicate on your registration form the functions and events you will attend.
