A block of rooms has been reserved at the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel, based on availability, until Friday, March 22, 2013.

Single and double occupancy room rates are $269 per night, plus 14.5 percent tax. A credit card is required to hold the reservation.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Checkout is noon.

To check the status of your hotel reservation, please call 800.468.3571 or 202.898.9000. Reservations may be canceled by 6 p.m. day of arrival. Cancellations after that time, as well as no-shows, will be charged for one night room and tax.

Airline Discount
You can book travel two ways and receive 10 percent, 5 percent or 3 percent discount depending on booking class of travel. To book travel through the Alzheimer's Association Travel Store, visit www.alztvl.com or call the Travel Store at 877.309.4320.

Transportation to Capitol Hill
Transportation will be provided to Capitol Hill on Wednesday, April 24. Buses begin departing from the hotel at 8 a.m. for Capitol Hill, and a shuttle service will run between the hotel and Capitol Hill until 5 p.m.
