World Alzheimer's Day (September 21st) is a time to take a stand against Alzheimer's disease

Unless something is done, by 2050, the frequency of cases and number of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease will continue to skyrocket.  Some striking statistics to understand and share with others:

Alzheimer's disease is the 6th leading cause of death and is the fifth leading cause of death in Americans aged 65 and older. Although other major causes of death have been on the decrease, deaths because of Alzheimer's disease have been rising dramatically.
