Dave is the Elder Care Coordinator for The Elder Law Practice of David L. McGuffey in Dalton and is Managing Partner of ElderCare Planning Associates LLC. Dave has owned several restaurants, was a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Georgia Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and is involved with his children’s sports activities.

Dave also lived in South Africa with his family, focusing their efforts on humanitarian efforts in primarily Indian and Zulu areas.

Dave is married with two children and is a foster parent. Dave’s great-aunt, who he spent most of his time with during summers as a child, suffered from Alzheimer’s disease for seven years and his grandmother suffers from dementia.
