Often there is uncertainty just wondering if you or a loved one has Alzheimer’s – how do you even find out?  When a family receives a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, it can be accompanied by confusion and a sense of fear.  Our 24-hour, 7 days-a-week Harry L. Nelson Helpline representatives are just a call away! 

These are just a few of the many ways we can help:

Provide information about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias

Explain the programs and services available through the Alzheimer’s Association

Sign-up for any of the services or programs we offer such as:

Support groups (for caregivers and early-stage participants )

Adult Day Respite Programs


Assist with finding resource information in your community related to caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia
