Helpline Volunteers Needed in Metro Detroit Office

Our 24/7 Helpline provides round-the-clock Alzheimer’s disease information and support. The Helpline provides critical, confidential support, education and referral services to individuals seeking information about Alzheimer's disease or another dementia.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Helpline volunteers are needed to take a two hour shift Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. As a Helpline volunteer you will answer questions about Alzheimer’s disease or memory loss, brain health and care options; refer callers to one of the many programs and services the Alzheimer’s Association has in place; give caregiving tips and respite care options; and link callers to services available in their community. Some data entry is also required.

Interested in being a Helpline volunteer? Contact Lauren Cetnar
( | 248.996.1069) to register for our volunteer training:
Wednesday, April 19, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Lunch will be provided
