Candle Light Tribute Toolkit
Over the last three years the Alzheimer’s Association along with many community partners has organized a community Candle Light Tribute. The purpose of the Candle Light Tribute is to light a candle to remember a loved one who has passed away from Alzheimer’s or honors those that continue to live with the disease. This November, during National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month the committee decided to put together a tool kit that would enable independent living, assisted living, and nursing communities to plan their own Candle Light Tribute with our support and blessing.
