Over the last three years the Alzheimer’s Association along with many community partners has organized a community Candle Light Tribute. The purpose of the Candle Light Tribute is to light a candle to remember a loved one who has passed away from Alzheimer’s or honors those that continue to live with the disease. Below is a tool kit that allows you to implement your very own Candle Light Tribute with our support and blessing.
