Local Resources & Referrals

We maintain updated information on home care, adult day care, care coordination, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, eldercare lawyers and other resources available in the community.

Our office has variety of educational materials on topics related to Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.  Books and videos can be borrowed from our library at no charge.  Some books are also available for purchase.
