Here's what's been going on in the community:
May 2011
10 year-old Claire Greeman held a bake sale and lemonade stand fundraiser for her birthday this May. She donated $800 to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of her grandfather, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and who she shares her birthday with.
March 2011
Kimbery Munson of Kimberly J. Munson and Associates teamed up with the Allen Americans Hockey team to raise $1,200. For every short-handed goal scored, Kimberly Munson donates $100.
February 2011
Mr. Dunn of Moda Fabrics presented a check for $12,400. Funds were raised by an annual quilt auction held by Moda. For more information about Moda Fabrics click here.
January 2011
The Collin County Women's Council of Realtors presented a check to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Dallas for $1,000.
December 2010
-2nd Annual Clark Griswold Holiday Party raised $1,700. A special thank you to Taylor Hill, Sam Sawyer, Billy Bailey and Warren Holmes.
-Netherland Sewell & Associates Holiday Party raised $5,724. A special thank you to the Netherland Sewell staff.
