How Your Donation Helps

Your donation helps to make a difference in the lives of those affected by all forms of dementia as well as supports critical research to improve treatment and reach our vision of a world without Alzheimer's disease.  75% of every dollar raised/donated directly supports research, care and support, awareness and advocacy. Click here to learn more.

Direct Caregiver Support

Several of the critical support programs and services we offer can require significant financial expense, but can be lifesavers for recipients.  There are either initial or ongoing charges for Safe Return and respite services, and the Alzheimer's Association is proud to provide scholarships to provide these programs free or at greatly reduced price for caregivers and people living with Alzheimer's.  To continue to provide these scholarships, we must solicit donations specifically for these two programs. If you would like your donation to support Safe Return or respite, please indicate so on your check or verbally when making a donation.
