2015 Estes Express Conference on Dementia

On October 19, 2015, over 200 caregivers, both personal and professional, attended the Alzheimer's Association Greater Richmond Chapter's Annual Conference on Dementia at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump.  This year's Conference featured guest speakers Marilyn Albert, PhD, Director of the Division of Cognitive Neuroscience in the Dept. of Neurology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Director of the Johns Hopkins Alzheimer's Disease Research Center; Monica Vest Wheeler, Noted author and speaker best known for her work on the Help ME Cope & Survive book series; Ruth Drew, MS, Director of Client and Information Services for the Alzheimer's Association; and Florence Feldman, Professional organization consultant and owner of Clearly Organized who has been helping individuals overcome disorder and live more productively for 30 years.  We'd like to thank our Presenting Sponsor, Estes Express Lines, and all the Conference sponsors:  Care Advantage; Genworth; Spring Arbor of Richmond and Salisbury for making this year's event a huge success!
