The Alzheimer's Association, Aloha Chapter trains knowledgable volunteers who provide presentations about Alzheimer's disease and the Alzheimer's Association to senior centers, community organizations, clubs, congregations and schools.

The Aloha Chapter also provides presentations for professionals to improve their knowledge and skills, build stronger teams, and deliver better care to people with dementia and their families. Our training and education programs are geared to professionals working in both community-based and residential care settings.

Our programs and meetings have been attended by activity professionals, administrators, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers and staff trainers. Many of our programs offer continued education credits, please check with your professional license agency to learn more.

The Aloha Chapter requests an honorarium for professionals, these rates can be found here. Non profit organizations are not subject to an honorarium.
