MEMORY LOSS GROUP - Early (Young) Onset
WHAT:
A FREE 4- week educational/supportive group for adults younger than 65 years old (and their care partners) experiencing early memory loss systoms due to mild cognitive impaiment, dementia, Alzheimer's disease or related disorder. After initial introductions, care partners will meet separetly with facilitator in a different room. Specific topics will e addressed in each session.
