Housing Dates and Deadlines

Online Registration and Housing must be submitted at the same time. Room Reservations will be guaranteed using a valid credit card only; check payments will not be accepted for on-line hotel reservations. Check payments can be mailed directly to the hotel after July 3, 2008.    

Bedding preferences are filled upon hotel availability; Single (one to two persons/one bed), Double (two to four persons/two bed); room rates are based on number of persons in the room not number of beds. All room rates are subject to applicable hotel room tax (currently 15.4 percent).

After June 26 a cancellation fee of $75 will apply
