Attire

Casual business attire is appropriate for all scheduled events during the conference. We recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket to accommodate variations in temperature at the convention center.


Audiotapes

Many sessions will be recorded, with CDs available for purchase. Order forms will be available at the sales desk throughout the conference. If you are interested in attending two sessions scheduled at the same time, please check to see if either will be recorded.


Cyber café

Computer stations will be available for conference participants interested in accessing the Internet and their personal e-mail accounts.


Language

The official conference language is English.

Media kits, press releases and other publicity-related materials will be available in the press room at the conference.
